Under the auspices of the NATO DEEP program and the European Security and Defense College (ESDC), conducted by the University of Warmia and Mazury, Olsztyn, Poland, in the period from October 2020 to June 2021, the postgraduate studies aimed at mastering knowledge and skills in the area of online learning were completed. The aim of the studies is to prepare military and civilian faculty in professional military education institutions to successfully plan, create and conduct high-quality online education.

The Military Academy “General Mihailo Apostolski” – Skopje had its own two representatives among 25 participants from Greece, Turkey, Serbia, Armenia, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Tunis, Morocco, Portugal, Lithuania, and Ukraine. Upon completion of the studies, the candidates were presented with a diploma for finished postgraduate studies E-teacher and e-instructor in accordance with the European Credit Transfer System. By participating in this prestigious international project, the Military Academy confirmed its position on the NATO map in the area of distance learning activities and continued to develop its capabilities for first-rate higher education.

On the ceremony for delivering certificates for finished studies, the representative of the Military Academy, Elena Trajanovska was awarded the “Jean d’Andurian Prize” as the best student of the postgraduate studies, which is another confirmation that the Military Academy continually keeps up with the latest trends in education and invests in creating professional and ambitious faculty.
