After several months of preparation and coordination, the Military Academy in co-organization with the European Security and Defense College (ESDC) and the Austrian National Defense Academy from Vienna, in the period May 31 – June 3, 2021, the Common Security and Defense Policy (CSDP) Orientation course was realized
The course was attended by over 40 highly qualified participants from several EU countries and participants in the region, including 5 representatives of the Military Academy. With this, the Military Academy once again proved that it is a professional institution with great ambitions and is recognized by prestigious institutions such as the European Security and Defence College in Brussels. This is just the beginning of the fruitful cooperation of the Military Academy with this prestigious institution.
The directors of the course were, Colonel Prof. Dr. Mitko Bogdanoski from the Military Academy “General Mihailo Apostolski”, Skopje, and Mrs. Sandra Kick from the Austrian National Defense Academy, Vienna.
The success and impact of the training itself, which is the first of its kind of cooperation of the Military Academy with the ESDC and the EU, is denoted by the fact that the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Mr. Josep Borrell Fontelles, awarded a special certificate for a successful organization to Colonel Prof. Dr. Mitko Bogdanoski.
